Considerations

  1. The ranges are characteristics of each plan and give economic benefits according to the contracted plan, this leads to a minimum payment per month detailed in point (9), however the maximum limits of each plan is not a limitation of contacts that the counts every month, it is just a brand that differentiates one plan from another.
  2. The price for hosting the WhatsApp account or any other account is a monthly cost for the maintenance of the account and that it remains active according to the criteria of the support plan contracted. The registration and hosting of the account on the WhatsApp Business servers for the use of its APIs is in charge of VCA Peru, the other channels must be configured directly.
  3. A unique contact per month is a WhatsApp account, Facebook ID, Twitter ID or any identifier that the user has and makes it unique for the channel that communicates, the price is per single Inbound contact per month, the month is a calendar month and the contact identified in that month will be able to make unlimited conversations and messages and only one unit will be charged according to the plan and communication channel used. The incoming conversation is called Inbound, that is, the one that originates the contact towards the exposed communication channel.
  4. Outbound notification messages or proactive messages by WhatsApp channel are called HSM messages, this is sent through a template previously approved by WhatsApp, this is a process in charge of VCA Peru, however the approval of the template is exclusive by WhatsApp and VCA Peru advise for approval, but do not guarantee it.
  5. Interactions are round-trip messages that go from contact to the configured communication channel, once the input message is established, the interactions are unlimited, ZYXME has an application called ChatFlow that allows configuring the flows of ChatBots with and without Artificial Intelligence, these unlimited interactions can be made by ChatBots without Artificial Intelligence, it also has a platform that allows people to interact in conversations with contacts, these interactions are also unlimited.
  6. The minimum costs guarantee a minimum package of contacts per month and ensure the price established in each plan. With the exception of the ESSENTIALS plan, this minimum package may vary by the communication channel from which they are contacted.
